Dr. Fulk has been practicing chiropractic in Olathe since 1983 when he founded Fulk Chiropractic. He began his pre-chiropractic study at Highland Community College, and later obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

Dr. Fulk is actively involved in his church, First Baptist Church of Olathe, and the local community.  Dr. Fulk was born in northeast Kansas.  He and is wife Fawn have six children and four grandchildren.
