Dr. Beaty began his pre-chiropractic study at Highland Community College in Highland, Kansas, graduating in 1985.  He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Kansas City, Missouri in 1989. Soon after, he entered chiropractic practice at Lake Havasu City, Arizona in 1990.  When he and his wife, Brenda Beaty, D.C. moved to Olathe in 1992, he received his license from the state of Kansas, and they founded their own practice, Beaty Chiropractic Clinic.  Later, he began practicing at Fulk Chiropractic in 1995.

Dr. Beaty is a member of various advisory boards including Concorde College School of nursing and the Olathe School District sports medicine program.
